Why can't I log in to Convo VRS on iOS?
Having trouble logging into Convo on your iPhone or iPad? This guide walks you through checking your login details, network connection, carrier settings, and reinstalling the app if needed.
If you're having trouble logging into Convo on your iPhone or iPad, try the steps below.
1. Check Your Login Details
Make sure you’re entering the correct Convo number and password.
You can confirm your login information by signing into your Convo profile on our website. If you can log in there, your credentials are correct.
2. Check Your Network Connection
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or LTE.

If you're on Wi-Fi, try switching to LTE.

If you're on LTE, try switching to Wi-Fi.
If one works but the other doesn’t, the issue may be related to your network.
If you are connected via LTE, your carrier must be one of the major providers:

Verizon
-
AT&T
-
Sprint
-
T-Mobile
If you use T-Mobile, make sure you have applied their latest network update, which resolves known login issues.
3. Force Quit the App
Close the Convo app completely:

Double-press the Home button (or swipe up on newer devices).

Swipe up on the Convo app to close it.

You may also close other running apps.
Then reopen Convo and try logging in again.
4. Reinstall the App
If you're still unable to log in:

Uninstall the Convo iOS app.

Reinstall it from the App Store.

Make sure you are installing the correct Convo Mobile app.
Then try logging in again.
