How to Register for VRS Español on macOS or Windows

Here are your step-by-step instructions for getting a VRS Español Convo account so you can use VRS Español.

To get your VRS Español number:

  1. Click on the Settings gear icon located on the top right

  2. Select "Enable VRS Español" 

  3. This opens the VRS Español registration in the web browser

This is where you proceed to register for a VRS Español number. Click on the button by the text: I understand to proceed.

Then click on the green button to submit.

Next, you will be asked to verify your account by adding the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN). Once you enter your digits, the play button will turn green.

Click on the green play button once again. 

You will see the Request Submitted page showing that your request for the VRS Español number has been submitted. 

You will get an e-mail from hello@convorelay.com once your VRS Español number is ready. It will automatically appear in your app once it links.
