How to Register for VRS Español on Android/iOS 

Here are your step-by-step instructions for getting a VRS Español Convo account so you can use VRS Español.


Get Started

To get your VRS Español number:

  1. Click on the Setting gear icon

  2. Click on "More..." located on the top-left corner on Android and bottom-right on iOS

  3. When a menu appears, click on "Enable VRS Español" to register for a Spanish number

This is where you proceed to register for a VRS Español number. Click on the button by the text: I understand to proceed.

Then click on the green button to submit.

Next, you will be asked to verify your account by adding the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).  Once you enter your digits, the play button will turn green.

Click on the green play button once again. 

You will see the Request Submitted page showing that your request for VRS Español number has been submitted. 

You will get an e-mail from hello@convorelay.com once your VRS Español number is ready. It will automatically appear in your app once it links.
