I Forgot My Convo VRS Number

Don’t worry — it happens! Here are three easy ways to find your Convo number.

 

Option 1: Through Our Website

  1. Go to our website.

  2. Click VRS Profile in the navigation bar.

  3. On the login page, click Forgot # or password?

  4. Enter your email address.

We’ll send you an email with your Convo number and a link to reset your password.

Option 2: Through the Convo VRS App

  1. Open the Convo VRS app.

  2. Tap Forgot # or password?

  3. Enter your email address.

You’ll receive an email with your Convo number.

 

You’ll get an email from us with your Convo number. That’s it!

Option 3: Contact Support
