How to Find VideoMails in Convo Call

Find and view VideoMail in Convo Call

If you’ve missed a call, the caller may have left you a VideoMail.
VideoMails are easy to find once you know where to look.

On Convo Call Web

1. Look at Recents (right side panel)
   Your recent calls appear in a running list on the right side of the screen
2. Find the missed call
   Scroll through the list to locate the call marked as missed
3. Open the VideoMail
   Click the VideoMail icon next to the missed call to view the message

On Convo Call Mobile (Android & iOS)

1. Open the Menu
   Tap the ☰ (hamburger menu) in the top corner
2. Go to Recents
   Select Recents to view your call history
3. Find the missed call
   Look for the call marked as missed and tap it
4. View the VideoMail
   If a VideoMail was left, it will appear on the right side
   Tap Play to watch the message

💡 Tip: How to tell if a VideoMail is new

• New / Unwatched → appears in full color
• Already viewed → appears dimmed or black & white

This helps you quickly spot messages you haven’t watched yet.

❗ Didn’t see a VideoMail?

If you don’t see a VideoMail:

• The caller may not have left one
• Not all missed calls include a VideoMail
