How to Adjust Device Settings on the Convo Now Web App
Need to change your camera, speaker, or microphone settings? You can easily adjust them in the Convo Now web app.
On the Web App

Go to the top right corner of your browser window.

Click the down arrow.

Select your preferred camera, speaker, and microphone from the list.
Make sure you choose the correct devices before starting your session.
Using a Bluetooth Device?
If you're using a Bluetooth headset or speaker:

Turn on your Bluetooth device.

Open Bluetooth settings on your mobile device or computer.

Select your Bluetooth device from the list and click Connect.
Note: Make sure your Bluetooth device is fully charged before your session.
