How Do I Know If My Convo Now Account Is Ready to Use?

If you’ve signed up for Convo Now and aren’t sure which account to select, here’s how to check. After logging into Convo Now, you may see an account labelled “Guest – Free.”

 

If you have a paid or subscription account, switch to the account that shows a specific number of minutes (for example, 1440 minutes like shown for certain plans).

Note: If you have a Flex account, your minutes may show as 0. This is normal.

Once you’ve selected the correct account, you’ll see the “Get an interpreter” button. That means your account is ready to use.
