How to Transfer Your VP Number to Convo

Already have a VP number with another VRS provider? You can bring it with you.

Start by signing up here. Our team will contact you to begin the registration process.

Choose to Transfer Your Number
During Step 3 of registration, you’ll see the option to transfer your VP number.

Enter Your Details
Check the box, then fill in:

  • The VP number you want to transfer

  • Your current VRS provider

Submit the Form
Once submitted, the porting process begins.

What to Expect

  • Transfers typically take up to 5 business days

  • You’ll keep your current number and gain access to all of Convo’s features
