Switching from Convo VRS to Convo Call

When will Convo VRS and Convo Link stop working?

Convo VRS and Convo Link will no longer be available starting May 4. All VRS calls will take place in Convo Call.

Can I go back to Convo VRS or Convo Link?

Once you log in to Convo Call, your account moves fully to Convo Call. Convo VRS and Convo Link will no longer connect calls for your account.

What happens if I open the old Convo VRS app after switching?

After you’ve moved to Convo Call, the old Convo VRS and Convo Link apps will no longer connect calls for your number(s). All calls take place in Convo Call.

Will my VRS number change?

No. Your VRS number(s) stay the same. You’ll use the same number(s) in Convo Call.

Can I log in with the same VRS number and password?

Yes. You can log in using the same VRS number and password you use for Convo VRS or Convo Link. You do not need to create a new account.

You can also log in using your email address.

Will my contacts move to Convo Call?

Yes. Your contacts and account information will be available when you log in to Convo Call.
