BEYOND SL2T GIVEAWAYOFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. EXISTING CONVO VRS CUSTOMERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. FOR A WINNER WHOSE PRIMARY VRS NUMBER IS CURRENTLY WITH ANOTHER VRS PROVIDER, PORT-IN OF THAT ELIGIBLE PRIMARY VRS NUMBER TO CONVO VRS IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING AND RETAINING A PRIZE, AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

The Beyond SL2T Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Convo Communications, LLC ("Convo" or "Sponsor").

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 9, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor's designated systems will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to eligible individuals residing in:

The fifty (50) United States;
The District of Columbia;
Puerto Rico;
Guam;
The U.S. Virgin Islands;
The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; and
American Samoa.

Entrants must have reached the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.

For purposes of this Promotion, the minimum ages are:

Age 19: Alabama and Nebraska
Age 21: Mississippi and Puerto Rico
Age 18: All other eligible U.S. states and jurisdictions listed above.

An entrant must also:

Be eligible to register for and use Video Relay Service under applicable requirements; and
Either:

Already maintain their primary VRS telephone number with Convo; or
Have a primary VRS telephone number that is eligible to be ported to Convo and be able and willing to complete the required port-in if selected as a potential winner.

Existing Convo VRS customers are eligible to enter and win a Device through this Promotion.

Existing Convo VRS customers are not required to complete an additional port-in if their primary VRS telephone number is already with Convo.

By entering, you acknowledge that a confirmed winner will be required to maintain their primary VRS telephone number with Convo for a minimum of six (6) months, as described in Section 8.

Employees, officers, and directors of Convo Communications, LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

"Immediate family" includes spouses, parents, children, and siblings.

Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may receive one (1) standard entry by completing all of the following:

Choose one (1) platform — Instagram or Facebook;
Follow Convo's official account on that platform;
Locate the designated Beyond SL2T Giveaway post on that same platform; and
Like that post and tag two (2) other individuals.

An entrant may complete the standard entry on Instagram, on Facebook, or on both, but will receive only one (1) standard entry in total regardless of how many platforms are used (see the per-person maximum below).

Tags must identify genuine individual accounts. Fraudulent, automated, bot, commercial, or fabricated accounts do not qualify.

Bonus Entry

An eligible entrant may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by sharing the applicable giveaway post to their Story on the same platform used for their standard entry (Instagram or Facebook) and tagging Convo's official account on that platform.

Sponsor must be able to verify the Story share. Entrants with private accounts may be asked to provide reasonable verification of the Story during the Promotion Period.

Additional Bonus Entry (Product Trial Sign-Up)

An eligible entrant may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by signing up, through the link provided in Sponsor's promotional messages, to try a Convo product or service (Convo Call, Convo Now, or Convo for Zoom) at no cost.

Sponsor must be able to verify the sign-up. Duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete sign-ups do not qualify.

Completing this bonus-entry action is optional and is not required to participate.

Maximum: three (3) entries per eligible person — one standard entry, one Story-share bonus entry, and one product-trial sign-up bonus entry.

Using multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or other methods to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification.

Completing a bonus-entry action is optional and is not required to participate.

4. WINNER SELECTION

After the Promotion Period closes, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Sponsor will select twenty-five (25) potential winners.

Each potential winner may receive no more than one (1) prize.

An entrant who earns a valid bonus entry may receive an additional chance in the drawing but remains eligible to win only one Device.

If the same individual is selected more than once, only the first valid selection will count, and Sponsor will continue the drawing until twenty-five separate potential winners have been selected.

Sponsor may also establish a ranked list of alternate potential winners.

The drawing identifies potential winners only. A person is not a confirmed winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and the person satisfies all requirements contained in these Official Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted by Convo using the social media account or other contact information associated with their entry.

A potential winner must respond to Sponsor within five (5) calendar days after Sponsor's initial notification.

Sponsor will never require a potential winner to provide payment to claim a prize.

As part of verification, Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm their identity, age, residence, VRS eligibility, current primary VRS provider, and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a potential winner:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the required timeframe;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Declines the prize;
Provides false or misleading information;
Does not complete the required winner documentation; or
If applicable, does not complete the required port-in process,

Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and contact an alternate potential winner.

6. PRIZES

A total of twenty-five (25) Google Pixel 11 devices will be awarded.

Each confirmed winner will receive:

One (1) Google Pixel 11 — base model, with no additional accessories or add-ons.

Limit: one (1) Device per person.

Approximate Retail Value of each Device: $899.

The Device's color, storage capacity, and other non-material specifications may be determined by Sponsor based on availability.

No cash alternative will be offered except where required by applicable law.

Sponsor may substitute a Device with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised Device becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, where permitted by law.

Google is not a sponsor or administrator of this Promotion.

7. VRS NUMBER REQUIREMENT AND PORT-IN

Each confirmed winner must maintain their primary VRS telephone number with Convo as described in these Official Rules.

Existing Convo VRS Customers

If a potential winner already maintains their primary VRS telephone number with Convo, no additional port-in is required. Sponsor may verify that the winner's primary VRS number is active with Convo before confirming the winner and shipping the Device.

Winners Whose Primary VRS Number Is With Another Provider

If a potential winner's primary VRS telephone number is currently with another VRS provider, receiving a Device is conditioned upon the potential winner successfully porting that eligible primary VRS number to Convo VRS.

After being verified as a potential winner, the individual will be connected with a Convo representative who will assist with the port-in process.

Unless Sponsor provides additional time because of circumstances outside the potential winner's reasonable control, the required port-in must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days after winner notification.

For a winner who is required to port their number, the Device will not be shipped until the required port-in has been successfully completed and all required winner documentation has been received.

Failure to complete an applicable required port-in may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. SIX-MONTH RETENTION REQUIREMENT

All confirmed winners must maintain their primary VRS telephone number with Convo for a minimum of six (6) months (the "Retention Period").

For a winner whose primary VRS number is already with Convo, the Retention Period begins on the date Sponsor confirms the individual as a winner, unless Sponsor specifies another date in writing.

For a winner who is required to port their primary VRS number to Convo, the Retention Period begins on the date the port-in is successfully completed.

If a winner voluntarily ports their applicable primary VRS number away from Convo before completing the Retention Period, Sponsor may, where permitted by applicable law and the winner's Device Award & Release Agreement:

Require return of the Device; or
Seek reimbursement of the Device's disclosed fair market value.

This provision does not apply where enforcement would be prohibited by applicable law or where Sponsor determines that circumstances outside the winner's reasonable control warrant an exception.

9. WINNER DOCUMENTATION

Before receiving a Device, each potential winner may be required to complete and return:

An eligibility verification or affidavit/declaration;
Convo's Device Award & Release Agreement;
Any legally required liability release;
Any tax documentation required by applicable law; and
Other documentation reasonably required to administer the Promotion, verify the winner's primary VRS number, or, where applicable, complete the VRS port-in.

Failure or refusal to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

10. DEVICE DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

After the winner satisfies the applicable requirements, Sponsor will arrange delivery of the Device.

Title to the Device transfers to the winner upon confirmed delivery, subject to the obligations contained in these Official Rules and the Device Award & Release Agreement.

After delivery, the winner assumes responsibility for the Device, including loss, theft, damage, setup, cellular or data service, applicable service costs, and use of the Device.

Sponsor is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

11. DEVICE CONDITION AND WARRANTY

Except where prohibited by law, the Device is awarded as-is without a separate warranty from Convo.

Any applicable manufacturer warranty provided by Google or another third party is governed by that party's terms.

Convo does not independently guarantee Device performance, hardware or software operation, third-party compatibility, manufacturer updates, or manufacturer recalls.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. CONVO SERVICES

The Promotion awards the Device identified above.

Except for the VRS number and Retention Period requirements associated with the Promotion, winning does not modify, extend, or guarantee any particular level or duration of Convo VRS, Convo Call, Convo Now, Convo for Zoom, or any other Convo service.

Convo products and services remain governed by their applicable terms, policies, availability, and eligibility requirements.

13. TAXES

Receipt of a prize may result in federal, state, territorial, local, or other tax obligations.

Each winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving the Device.

Sponsor may request tax information or documentation from a winner and may report prize information to governmental authorities where required by applicable law.

Sponsor will disclose the applicable fair market value of the Device to each winner.

Winners should consult their own tax advisers regarding their individual tax obligations.

14. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT AND PUBLICITY

Sponsor may identify confirmed winners by name, first name and last initial, social media handle, city/state or territory, or other information reasonably necessary to announce and administer the Promotion, where permitted by law.

Participation in the Promotion does not, by itself, authorize Convo to use a winner's personal story, testimonial, photograph, video, likeness, or other creative content in unrelated advertising or marketing.

Any broader marketing use requiring additional permission will be handled through a separate consent or release.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, verify or complete applicable VRS requirements, deliver prizes, satisfy legal or tax obligations, and for other purposes described in Convo's applicable privacy notices.

Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy law.

16. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants and winners release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or malfunction of a prize.

This release does not apply to Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct or to any liability that cannot legally be waived.

17. DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or potential winner who:

Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements;
Violates these Official Rules;
Provides false, fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading information;
Attempts to manipulate the drawing or entry process;
Uses bots, automated entry methods, fake accounts, or multiple identities;
Interferes with the operation of the Promotion; or
Otherwise acts in a manner that materially undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor may select an alternate winner when a potential winner is properly disqualified.

18. TECHNICAL OR OTHER DISRUPTION

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters, governmental action, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the Promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor will not use this provision to avoid awarding properly earned prizes where prohibited by law.

19. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram, and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or fulfillment of the prizes.

20. GOOGLE DISCLAIMER

Google and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC.

Google is not a sponsor, administrator, or operator of the Beyond SL2T Giveaway and is not responsible for winner selection or prize administration.

21. GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited or superseded by applicable state, territorial, or federal law, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute provision applicable to the Promotion will be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws in the entrant's jurisdiction.

22. ACCESSIBILITY

Convo will make these Official Rules available in an accessible format.
